The next few years really defined what I wanted as an advocate and how I could give back to my community. I trained and became a certified Peer Support Specialist in 2015, trained under an OCD specialist to do ERP coaching, advocated for legislation for mental health in Colorado, and published my memoir ‘Pure OCD: The Invisible Side of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. I currently do peer support and consultations for referrals to OCD therapists worldwide and my company owns the Colorado Government state contract that employs peer support specialists in the state institutions.
