Born and raised in Cardiff, Sam is a neurodiverse actor and mental health Support Worker for Mind. He trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. He is an advocate for OCD and is a qualified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, delivering mental health first aid training to individuals and companies across Wales. He has written blog posts for the mental health movement #itaffectsme as well as been interviewed for ‘The OCD Stories’ and presented a talk on living with OCD at the ‘Mental Health & Well Being Show‘ 2021.
